Beginning August 15, 2018, A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking/scheduling an appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service booked.
If you need to completely cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours of booking, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be applied towards your new appointment date, UNLESS rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment.
We require 24 hours or more advance notice for reschedules. No-shows, reschedules, or cancellations within the 24 hours of service time will completely lose their deposit.
Gift Certificate numbers need to be given when booking your appointment. Similar to our credit card deposit policy, if you cancel or no show within 24 hours of your appointment time, $25 will be deducted from the value of the Gift Certificate.
The Amore Family does understand that emergencies do come up. When you book an appointment with us here at Amore Day Spa we reserve and block that work time just for you. With proper advance cancellation notice we can book another client.
