LATENESS/CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
A valid credit card number or valid Gift Certificate number is required at the time of booking/scheduling an appointment.
We require 24 hours or more advance notice for reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will result in the credit card being charged 50% of the appointment cost. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.THIS IS NOT A CREDIT TO BE APPLIED TO ANOTHER DAY.
ARRIVING LATE
Your appointment time is the time that you schedule and the time therapist starts. IF you arrive late without notice time will be eliminated of the time scheduled and will still be charged the full price of the service
The Amore Family does understand that emergencies do come up. When you book an appointment with our Technicians we reserve that work time just for you. With proper advance cancellation notice we can book another client so our technicians do not lose work that they could have possibly had.
